Profectus have a brand new brilliant Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager opportunity with a fantastic Digital Agency who are well established and work with some amazing worldwide clients. They are based in Richmond and are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager to join their team someone who has previous experience working within a digital agency and has previous experience working within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical sector. They have a very welcoming team and work with some great clients on some very interesting projects.

My client are ideally looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager who can really get to understand their clients and develop a strong trusting relationship over time.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for your clients on a day to day basis
• Understand your clients current and future needs
• Take and understand client requirements
• Work with colleagues within a team regarding client requirements
• Help create a solution and plan for creative projects
• Really get to understand the brand and image of your clients

Skills:

• Have previous Digital Agency experience
• Have previous experience in 1 of the following sectors, pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical
• Have the ability to work effectively with other team members and colleagues
• Great communication skills
