Job Description:

This is a full time, permanent opportunity for a Warehouse & Logistics Administrator to join our client based in Shildon.

You will support an effective operational process across 2 shifts (6.00-14.30/ 14.30- 23.00), which ensures accurate integrity of stock transactions (receipt of raw materials and finished goods, stock withdrawal, and data input).

Duties include;

  • Control of warehouse administration ensuring all process are adhered to.
  • Support function for the warehouse management/supervision team.
  • Accurate data input onto database.
  • Effective documentation control of picking lists, dispatch notes and pre advice notes.
  • Effective documentation and transactional control of goods receipts (goods inbound).
  • Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary (fulfilment workbench).
  • Assist in managing stock takes daily (cyclic)/ monthly.
  • Prepare effective reporting documents for Management.

Experience Required;

  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
