Main Purpose of Job

To analyse system requirements and to design, test, code and modify moderately complex programmes or scripts to agreed company standards. Work independently on small, less complex projects.

Key Accountabilities

* Assisting on analysis by undertaking information gathering and analysis

* Developing and maintaining solutions to support the business, as identified by the IT Business Partner, Project Managers and Business Analysts

* Diagnosing and resolving problems with applications systems (both internal and third party) in the production environment, Assisting team members in the fixing of faults as appropriate

* Coding programs according to industry standards and specifications

* Developing test plans and test data and conducting tests

* Using development knowledge to analyse and help to create business environments

* 'Development level' involvement throughout the full software development life cycle

Required/essential experience

* Excellent experience with Maximo

* Strong Functional Skills

* Maximo 7.6 experience

* BIRT

* MIF

* Automation scripting

* Websphere

* Migration

* PL/SQL (Oracle)

* In addition:

1. Ability to analyse data

2. Ability to talk to Business people to get agreements for how we deliver items

3. Ability to work on Integrations in Maximo

4. Ability to create and run data loading in Maximo

5. Ability to write / update Automation scripts in Maximo Java script

6. Knowledge of Maximo MBOs to understand what changes are being made.

7. Skills for trouble shoot the issues we may have and track down the source of the problem

This role is to start asap and will pay £57.17 per hour Ltd/Umbrella
