The job
For one of our biggest international clients in the financial sector, we're looking for an expert in e-commerce, whose main responsibility will be global incident management for international e-commerce partners.
Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic monitoring of incidents with partners that operate nationally and internationally.
- Establish and guarantee compliance with the established deadlines.
- Coordination of the technical devices necessary to guarantee the correct functioning of the system in the periods in which there are promotions or a greater volume of sales.
- Supervise the technical support team in coordination with the company's group subsidiaries.
- Maintain direct communication with the partner and monitor incidents, working cross-sectionally with all the involved parties.
Requirements
- High level of English and French.
- Engineering degree in IT or similar/demonstrable knowledge.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar position in e-commerce.
- Great at problem-solving and client management.
- Good technical background:
- E-commerce gateway and payment systems.
- Excel.
- CMS.
- CSS and HTML.
- Ticketing tools (like Remedy).
- Nice to have: programming skills, knowledge of Amazon SDK.
