A mutli-sited manufacturing business that produce millions of their products each week. Despite the current economic conditions this company is seeing an increase in demand and in preparation for this demand for the second half of the year the business is looking to add an additional Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to the team.

Boasting a turnover of over £350m and with future plans to build a new state of the art manufacturing facility this is a fantastic time to join this ambitious company.

The role of Maintenance Engineer will be as follows:

• Reactive and planned maintenance
• Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components
• PLC fault finding
• Replacing parts like for like.
• 70% of your work will be electrical and 30% mechanical.
• Working to a culture of continious improvement.
• Project work to improve efficencies across the site

The Candidate

The ideal Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will need:

• An electrical engineering apprenticeship
• And or an electrical qualification to level 3
• Worked as a maintenance engineer in an automated environment
• Ability to fault find using PLC’s
