Paterson Recruitment are  looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcing Administrator to join our team of recruitment consultant's working in our Bicester office. The role will involve assisting the team of Recruitment Consultants with day to day recruitment activities such as assisting with sourcing, interviewing and registering applicants.

Main Duties of the Recruitment Resourcing Administrator

  • Take applicant enquiries and process their information in line with company policies and procedures
  • Contact current candidates to gather their availability for work, log this on the CRM and communicate to the RC’s and ensure this is kept up to date
  • Assist with the candidate registration process – Interviews, completion of paperwork and ensure they meet the relevant criteria
  • Source suitable CV’s and candidates from a variety of sources – job boards, social media, referrals
  • Assist with writing job adverts and advertise vacancies
  • Identify recruitment opportunities within the area and present these to the Recruitment Consultant’s
  • Attend and assist at recruitment events and open days
  • Liaise with the branch staff and branch manager regularly with updates and to maintain communication
  • Assist with client enquiries, taking appropriate information and liaising with the RC’s
  • Maintain accurate information and notes by recording on the CRM
  • To build and maintain good working relationships with clients, candidates and The Paterson Group staff
  • Assist with filling client temp bookings as required to support the branch
  • Ensure accurate records of temporary shift bookings are accurately documented and communicated with both the candidate and the client.
  • Ensure the consultants are kept up to date with potential candidates looking for or available for work
  • To answer the telephone and deal with any enquiries or taking messages where required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance of the branch
  • Follow processes and procedures as detailed in the Procedure manual

 

Skills and experience of the Recruitment Resourcing Administrator

  • Previous experience within a recruitment company desirable but not essential
  • Extremely organised
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Reliable, Punctual, enthusiastic, hardworking and determined
  • Willingness to achieve and exceed targets

 

Salary and benefits for the Recruitment Resourcing Administrator

  • £18-21,000 depending on experience
  • 20 days holiday, rising to 25 with service plus an additional day off for your birthday
  • Bonus available in line with KPI's and targets
