LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR

Are you currently working for an Estate Agent or Property Company as an Administrator and looking for the next step in your career?

LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR COMPANY PROFILE:

LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES:

  • Prepare and conclude residential lettings documents
  • Organise pre and post tenancy property works
  • Provide PA duties on behalf of the directors
  • Put in place admin structure and policy
  • Preparing marketing documents

 

LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR PROFILE:

  • Lettings Administrator experience either in Real Estate, PA or General Admin
  • Confident in working with and meeting new people

 

LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR PACKAGE:

Basic salary: £20,000 - 25000
