Job Description:

Administrator

Rochdale

6 month fixed term contract

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

 

I am currently looking for an Administrator to join a reputable organisation based in Manchester City Centre to start immediately.

 

Duties to be completed:

  • General Administration duties.
  • Communicating with clients and customers over the phone, via emails and face-to-face.
  • Writing and responding to emails.
  • Dealing with queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaising with managers and other members of the team.

 

Skills Required:

As the ideal candidate, you will have worked as an administrator/receptionist in a similar role previously.

  • General Administration experience.
  • Ability to communicate to all levels
  • Excellent IT skills (Use of Microsoft Office applications)
