Job Description:

Business Development Manager – Technology’s Solutions Provider (Cloud, Managed Services etc.) 

The Business Development Manager will generate new client sales for a rapidly expanding technology solutions provider. My client is looking for a new business hunter with experience in selling hardware, software services and solutions to a range of sectors such as IT Service, Financial Service, Cloud Services or software companies.


What you'll do:

  • Identify new business opportunities in your territory
  • Develop the sale pipeline and ensure that there are sufficient opportunities being generated to sustain a healthy pipeline year on year.
  • Generate and deliver sales activities in line with targets
  • Build relationships with customers and explore further opportunities maximising sales opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of sales process from start to finish including negotiation process
  • Assist with product development and improvement activity
  • Develop an in depth understanding of systems
  • Drive the qualification process and challenge the sales Director on the suitability of the opportunity.


You'll definitely:

  • Strong IT sales experience
  • 3-5 years minimum sales experience
  • Excellent Negotiation and Influential selling skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels (Internal and External)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK drivers licence
