Job Description:

Key Account Manager – Selling into retail & FMCG


My client is a rapidly growing provider of marketing SaaS solutions and they are looking to add an ambitious account manager to their commercial team, the successful applicant will be responsible for a number of key accounts with the objective of strengthening and growing the partnership, in which they will maximise revenue across selected accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Build relationships across each client; right the way from board level to functional teams
  • Ensure client retention and maximise customer revenue
  • Create account plans
  • Work closely with other team members      
  • Maintain technical knowledge to be a client’s point of contact
  • Increase demand by assisting client’s current needs
  • Management of CRM system
  • Strategically liaise with clients to identify business needs

You'll definitely:

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions
  • 5 years’ + account management position.
  • Experience of developing relationships
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and resilient.
  • Experience of selling into Retail & FMCG is desirable
  • Comfortable working in a team and individually
  • Have experience of using marketing technology
  • Be comfortable travelling - home based role with one day in the office
