Job Title: FLT and Warehouse Tutor / Assessor
 
Location: North West - Must be flexible with travel

*Due to Covid restrictions the training sector has had to adapt to meet the needs of learners, therefore the successful candidate must be confident with online video platforms such as: Microsoft Teams, along with Microsoft Outlook email systems due to delivery being more online based.

Salary: up to £28,000

Essential Criteria:

• Experience of delivering Warehouse & Storage and Forklift Truck Operations at level 2 (with occupational competency in both sectors in order to deliver both)
• Experience of teaching / delivering Functional Skills English and Maths to level 2.
• Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET or equivalent.
• Must be IT Literate 
• Driver with own vehicle, and flexible with travel - face to face coverage of the North West when required alongside online delivery

Duties include:

• Train, support and assess learners Online using Microsoft Teams, who are working towards Warehouse & Storage and FLT qualifications at level 2
• Deliver and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English as required.
• Identify and assess the needs of learners, overcome any barriers to learning and adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
