My client are a leading high street agency and are looking for a Sales Manager to join their highly successful team based in Notting Hill. As the ideal sales manager you will have experience in a similar role within the area and be looking for a sales manger role that will reward excellence. You will have in depth local knowledge and experience of how the market is performing alongside excellent man management skills, sales training and the ability to gain the best from your team.

The Sales Manager will be an instrumental appointment and as such a natural drive, passion and self starter attitude is needed coupled the ability to think outside of the box and generate new, innovative ideas to build business.

Estate Agent Sales Manager– Experience Needed

• An experienced Estate Agent Branch Manager, Sales Manager or Assistant Branch Manager with excellent figures
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Exceptionally presentable and able to reflect a prestigious brand
• Being experienced at stock generation and capable of thinking outside the box to maximise stock
• The ability to identify business opportunities and put them in to practice
• Be an experienced valuer (ideally within the local market)
• You will be target driven and a natural manager
