Job Description:

Our key client is a whole-of-market mortgage broker dedicated to finding the best possible deals available. They are proud to offer expert advice, completely independent from all lending institutions and are looking to recruit an Office Junior/Administrator on a permanent level for the EC3 area of London (City)

As the Office Administrator, you will successfully aid the office manager in all aspects of administration. The ideal candidate will have 1 year’s experience in office administration and must have some knowledge or interest in mortgages

Office Administration requirements:

  • Support the office manager with administration duties
  • Responding to queries and enquiries by email and telephone
  • Update and to maintain accurate records and files
  • Update and to maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Working alongside the office manager in the day to day servicing of new & existing mortgage clients
  • Liaise with the office manager for guidance and instruction when required

Successful candidate:

  • Must have GCSE’s grade C or above or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages
  • Enjoy telephone work
  • Have 1-year office based work experience
  • Be looking for a career within the mortgage administration industry

What’s on offer?

A full-time position in the EC3 area of London (City)

£18K - £20K depending on experience + 10% bonus paid quarterly

Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
