An award winning law firm are looking to hire a HR Systems Lead to work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver on projects using business intelligence tools.

About the Role

The role will entail:

• Review and analyse data in line with the business needs
• Create data structures to support business intelligence tools
• Design, build and deliver reports, dashboards and scorecards
• Present metrics and alternative tools
• Design and deliver training on systems
• Manage relationships with stakeholders

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering business process improvements and have worked with tools such as Cognos and Tableau. Experience of Oracle PeopleSoft is highly advantageous.
