Recruitment Sales Executive

£22,500.00 per year (no OTE)

We are recruiting for a proactive recruitment sales executive who will be responsible for engaging with employers across the Greater Manchester region to identify new job opportunities for unemployed job seekers.

You will work alongside employment advisers who support job seekers to find employment and you will complete targeted campaigns to identify suitable live job roles.  You will promote job seekers and send suitable applicant CV’s to employers and arrange interviews.

You will have experience in recruitment or business to business sales, be confident and outgoing and able to provide a supportive service to both employers and job seekers.  You will have a proven track record in working to targets and you will have access to your own vehicle as this role will involve visiting businesses across the region.
