Job Description:

We are recruiting for an experienced Welfare to Work Team Manager who will be responsible for leading, managing and developing a team of engagement professionals who will work with cohorts of unemployed job seekers.

You will be an accomplished manager, able to inspire and develop your team to ensure that all KPI’s and job entry targets are met.  You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through to disciplinary, with a key focus on team development and performance.

You will have extensive management experience, including 121’s, appraisals and creating management information across performance and financials.  You will be confident and able to present at management meetings and quarterly external funder feedback meetings.
