The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction of water mains from 180mm- 450mm, understanding of butt fusion and electrofusion techniques.

Have a minimum of SMSTS/ CSCS CARD /National water hygiene/ SHEA Water.

Personal skills required:

- Good communication skills

- Unafraid to challenge

- Good timekeeping

- Is responsible for operatives and own safety

Daily duties will include but not limited to:

1. Monitoring quality of workmanship
2. Monitoring safety and compliance, also a keen eye for hygienic working practices in the water industry
3. Ensuring scheme is running to programme of work schedules
4. Compiling inspection test plans- Record keeping/Photographic/Video logs and site Diary's
5. Communicating with Developer site agent and back into operational Contract manager/Client
6. Completing tracksheets Daily
7. Daily end of site walk off
8. Escalating any issues in terms of safety/Commercial
9. Monitoring performance and productivity
10. Briefing of Risk Assesments/Method Statements and monitoring they are followed
11. Briefing of Lift plans and monitoring they are being followed
12. Ensuring Design is followed or any design changes are discussed with AW representative
