A leading service provider is requiring a Desktop Support Engineer to join them on a 6 month rolling contract in Bedfordshire.
The position involves monitoring and administering a ticket system ITSM (Service Requests, Incident and IMAC'S), contacting staff to resolve issues within the office and some field staff repairing devices and solving software issues and various deskside related tasks but in a walk-in service type capacity.
Key Non-Technical Skills:
Role paying up to £20 per hour LTD/Umbrella.
