• You will have experience in legal processes and insolvency
• Be able to control the release of orders to customers whom legal action has already started to maximise profitable sales
• Have previously experienced court hearings on behalf of the corporation
• Can instruct solicitors or carry out legal action and making a judgement on the most suitable method of enforcement
• Have worked in a large organisation which works with a commercial environment
