Job Description:

IT Support Technician - Central London - 1st/2nd Line Support - 9 Months

An IT Support Technician is required for a 9 month fixed term contract to work in central London. This position provides 1st/2nd line IT support to users within the organisation, troubleshooting issues raised from calls, emails or face-to-face, adding them to the helpdesk logging system, fixing the issue or escalating to 2nd/3rd line teams.

The IT Support professional with have an excellent telephone manner, with a strong customer service focus in order to deliver an excellent service to the users of the systems. 

Key skills required:

  • 2Yrs+ commercial IT Support experience
  • 2Yrs+ experience supporting Windows (XP and above) and Office (2003 and above)
  • 1Yr+ experience supporting a medium to large customer base
  • Excellent customer service skills in a support environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Solid experience of working with Active Directory and Exchange
