Job Description:

I am currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Customer Relations Manager to join my highly reputable client. They are a leading company within the Critical Power industry, providing Power Distribution and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS). This is an excellent opportunity for a results driven individual to join a well-established team.

As the customer relations manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising and managing a number of key contracts, in particular the London Underground contract. You will be required to exceed customer requirements, company quality standards and achieve set targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client solutions
  • Engage in contact review meetings
  • Provide project management when required
  • Prepare and submit quotations
  • Adhere to the company HSE policy
  • Ensuring the delivery of KPI’s, including contract delivery and financial delivery within set budgets

Skills/Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the Electrical/Electronic support industry
  • Proven background of Account/Customer management
  • Proven team leader with good negotiation skills
