Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, manufacture, and test products related to semiconductor reliability testing
• Determine requirements by meeting directly with clients, the sales team, and other engineers
• Heavy use of SolidWorks CAD software
• Improve upon existing designs
• Develop test plans to support lab team
• Determine materials needed for production
• Produce product specifications and drawings
• Implement processes for both new and existing products
• Serve as process engineer as needed
• For new products, conduct all needed research to develop effective designs
• Find solutions that improve production quality, cost, and performance
• Travel as needed to client facilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of manufacuring experience related to semiconductor industry
• Prior expeirence with mechanical designs for injection modling, additive manufacturing, and CNC machining
• Experienced with semiconductor packaging types, back-end semiconductor reliability testing process, and test sockets
• Must be proficient with SolidWorks 2017 or more recent version
