Are you working currently as a researcher ideally within Executive Search?

Would you describe yourself as highly organised and a logistical whizz?

Would you like to combine all the skills you have and support the setting up of a brand new London office where you are the lynchpin?

If you are able to answer and emphatic yes to all of these and ideally have a law degree or experience of working within a law firm then this start up role working in a fun, team focused and super niche setting is worth exploring.

Duties will include:

• Working with very well known names in legal executive search to support their sales, you would support in targeting candidates and clients alike and make initial contact
• Managing their bespoke database so ensuring it runs efficiently, is accurate and supports successfully finding senior legal candidates for roles the sales team are working on
• Schedule meetings, both in person and via VC, so a bit of a technology expert!
• Liaising with very senior executives, ideally within a recruiting or law firm
• Supporting the building of the London culture as the office will only grow to approximately six people
