An eCommerce Business Support Analyst is required on a permanent basis based in Chertsey, Surrey

This role is to start asap and will pay between £45 and £50k p/a (plus excellent benefits)

The Business Support Analyst will spearhead necessary changes needed within the Business Process Support to ensure it can provide the relevant support as per business expectations, growing in its capability and capacity by introduction of new ways of working, expertise, coaching, and implementation of effective monitoring tools.The Business Support Analyst should be providing the one stop solutions and consultation for staff to resolve process issues, queries and request process innovation in order to maximize revenue opportunities

Day to day duties include -

  • Actively identify and execute technical improvements to the Digital platform and Omni-Channel solutions.
  • Manage / execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate all stakeholder groups to complete UAT, including capturing and prioritizing defects for development teams.
  • Troubleshoot Digital and Omni issues and engage appropriate parties as necessary. Lead resolution, diagnosis, and communication during high severity situations.
  • Working alongside key business stakeholders, Identify business needs, requirements, propose business process improvements and deliver enhancements to meet those needs.
  • Develop strategies to log, debug, prioritise and deliver solutions related to business needs.
  • Implement early warning systems to identify potential problems with existing business processes.
  • Proactive monitoring of business processes with logging of bugs followed through with prompt resolution
  • Develop clear communication channels with business owners to ensure they are fully informed of any potential issues or concerns
  • Provide guidance and best practice to Change Management team to ensure new initiatives incorporate relevant standards and monitoring tools.

Skills and experience required -

  • Cross-functional team player with a strong mix of technical and functional experience in eCommerce systems, including product information management, order management, payment processing, content management, and front-end UI.
  • Experience delivering using (hybrid) Agile methodology, Jira (user story, ticket management), SAP Hybris, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) highly preferred
  • Familiarity with eCommerce analytics reporting needs and Adobe Analytics highly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of web platforms and systems integration
  • Detailed functional knowledge of all major business processes in the sales and manufacturing industry
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JSP, Javascript, XML, JSON
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
  • Very strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in requirement gathering and proposal write-ups
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to pick up new ideas and subject matter quickly
  • Concentrated eCommerce experience
