Job Description:

Our Client are an AIM Listed Professional Services firm operation globally and servicing a broad spectrum of industries ranging from Property through to Energy and Market Intelligence. They are currently recruiting a Payroll Administrator based out of their Central London Head Office.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, principle duties include;

  • Weekly payroll runs for temporary workers – PAYE, Ltd and Umbrella (approximately 170+ pw)
  • Regular communication with clients, temp workers and consultants and will require a polite and informative manner for communication.
  • Calculation, communication and understanding of SSP,SMP and other statutory records
  • Pension (NEST) administration for temporary workers and company employees
  • Weekly management reports
  • Providing extensive support on migration to a new web based payroll solution. This will involve a lot of manual data verification, testing, liaison with the software providers and end users.

Person Specification

  • Proven experiences around Payroll, SSP & SMP including umbrella services Experiences around Pension (NEST) administration.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide accurate management reporting
