Senior Product Manager – Permanent – London:

An internationally established, and still growing, Internet of Thing (IoT) business based in London is currently seeking a new Senior Product Manager to take charge of one of their product offerings.

Th business focuses on improving customer experience and engagement, and the successful candidate will have the ability to shape the gathered data and from the consumers and ensure it’s used to maximum effect by the platform.

Passion is a must; the business is looking for someone who can really take ownership of this emerging product line, and continue to help shape the culture.

The Role:

• Working alongside the Product team, you’ll be responsible for setting the product strategy; owning the roadmap
• You will be collecting the requirements from internal and external stakeholders, and effectively managing expectations
• You’ll be the Product Manager for a cross-functional Agile team
• Shaping the Product Strategy; running sessions with stakeholders on the product definition
• Good knowledge of the latest development trends, technologies, and approaches
• Working closely with the UX team, ensuring full understanding of the specified needs of the target users
• Ongoing participation in customer pitch meetings and workshops – working with the commercial team and reviewing the proposals
• Continuously testing the products in person and online
• Really drive the UX framework

Required Experience:

• B2B experience as a Product Manager
• Previous experience liaising with stakeholders of all levels
• Experienced decision maker, with a proven track record of efficiently sourcing and using data to make decisions and being able to back those decisions up in a positive way
• The motivation to lead and motivate the team to execute the product vision accurately
• Extensive previous experience with marketing platforms, CRM’s, or customer engagement/analytics is a must
• Must come from a technical background
• Experience defining API’s and integrating with 3^rd parties via API’s
• Experience using Agile methodologies
• The ability to write clear, specific Epics and User Stories using techniques like BDD
