A fantastic role has arisen for a Property Inventory Clerk to join a leading Lettings Agent in Coventry. As a Property Inventory Clerk you will be joiing this thriving, fast paced environment. This local lettings agent has built a fantastic business in the area and prides themselves on quality service and reliability. The role is varied and as such you will enjoy a multi disciplined role offering a 50/50 split between being in the office and out on the road. 

As the Property Inventory Clerk you will be responsible for:

• Completing Detailed Photographic Inventories prior to a move-in
• Routine inspections at managed properties
• Exit inspections at the end of a tenancy
• Liaising with Landlord on required maintenance and property upgrades
• Compliancy checks of properties in particular HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupation)
• Routine Smoke Alarm Testing
• Assisting the Maintenance Manager with reactive and routine maintenance issues
• Assisting with HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) applications

The ideal Property Inventory Clerk will have the following skill set -

• Positive and Professional Attitude
• Highly Motivated and Looking to Succeed
• Experience in Property Industry Desirable
• Driving Licence and Access to Own Vehicle Essential
