We have an immediate opportunity has arisen for an excellent Estimator to join a Manchester based Groundwork's & Civil Engineering Contractor.

With nationwide, high profile projects in the construction and utility sectors, we need to find a highly motivated and ambitious individual.

You will:

- Take full responsibility for the estimating aspects of the projects from conception to contract award.
- Produce cost effective estimates
- Produce bills of quantities and costing schedules
- Prepare plans, contracts, budgets, and other documentation
- Assess manage and mitigate risk
- Produce feasibility studies

You will have:

- Significant exposure to civil engineering, groundwork's or utilities or power related projects
- Civil Engineering bias or background
- Appreciation of the construction project lifecycle
- Estimating as one of your primary skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Eligibility to work and live permanently in the UK
- A full, UK driving licence.
