HGV Class 2 Driver (s) Wanted - Ongoing Contract Monday to Friday.

Driver Hire Slough work very closely with one of the leading supplier of materials companies in the South East and we are currently looking for a number of HGV Class 2 drivers to work on an ongoing basis out of their sites located in Iver within close proximity to Heathrow airport.

Ideally you would have experience of driving concrete mixers. Due to the nature of their business, you would be loading the vehicle in accordance with given instructions and delivering products to their vast customer locations. Delivery locations include London and all home counties.

Company Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 (Category C) Entitlement held for minimum of 24 months
• At least 12 months driving experience in an HGV Class 2 vehicle
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver Qualification (CPC) Card
• Maximum 6 points on licence – DR, DD or IN conviction codes will not be accepted
• Experience driving and operating concrete mixers - essential

Working week is Monday to Friday, starting at 05:00 and finishing around 17:00 (on average). Occasional Saturdays are also required depending on the needs of the business.

We are offering the following rates of pay*:

£12.00 per hour Days (06:00 to 18:00) during induction period of 1 week

£14.00 per hour Days (06:00 to 18:00 after successful completion of induction period.
£16.00 per hour Nights (18:00 to 06:00) & Saturdays

*Rates shown are via Umbrella Payroll Company or Limited Company. We also have PAYE options, please ask if you are interested.
