This is a great opportunity to work for a leading omni-channel retailer as Product Owner developing various financial products.

This role will work closely with the Business Development Team and Business Areas in coordinating day to day activities such as sprint planning, retrospectives and other agile functions to ensure collaboration and effective delivery of user stories against commercial milestone objectives. This role will focus primarily on loans, insurance and other financial services products.

Here is a guideline of what your experience will look like in order to fulfil this role:

• Min 2 years' experience as a Product Owner in the financial services, loans or insurance industries.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Experience with designing and implementing functionality in web-based systems. Advantages to have ecommerce platform experience
• Familiar with API development and other cloud bases services such as CDNs
• Comfortable leading UX design processes and A/B testing with customers
• Data oriented, using source to make informed decisions
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skill; deals well with ambiguity in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under pressure where multiple tasks are needing to be run concurrently
• Clear sense of accountability and ownership
• Retail / Fin-Tech / Merchandise experience will be advantageous
