Property Manager

A one-off opportunity for a strong Property Manager to join this thriving independent lettings business based in Lincoln. This reputable Estate Agent has an established lettings business and is looking for a Property Manager who can take over a portfolio of managed units.

The successful Property Manager will be experienced within Property Management, hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

This position is perfect for someone is passionate about client relationships and building brand image. You will be tasked with a portfolio of roughly 80-100properties and be the single point of contact for both landlord and tenants, bridging the gap of communication and handling a full range of duties right up too and including check-outs and on-boarding of new tenants. 

This client have an excellent reputation with their portfolio and want someone to join the team who is focused on delivering an excellent service, this includes the flexibility to go out and meet landlords & tenants to ensure a successful full service and maintain strong relationships. 

Property Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• You will ideally be ARLA qualified
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
