Property Manager in Residential Lettings

Location: Kettering

As the Property Manager your tasks will include carrying out inspections, tenancy agreements, inventories and section notices.

This company have been established in the Northamptonshire market for over 20years, building a respected and well-known brand image for delivery and service, continuously striving to achieve the best customer experience possible. The successful candidate will have a strong track record within Property Management, have excellent communication skills and customer service focused mentality towards work. Ideally the candidate will be ARLA qualified, or working towards this however we are open to discussing candidates who have extensive experience.  

Requirements:

• Previous experience workings as a property manager.
• Technical property management knowledge.
• Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail.
• ARLA Qualifications preferred
• Understanding of Property Management Legislation
• Full UK driving license and use of own car.

Package: Excellent Basic Salary – Up to £35k package depending on experience, Parking, 5 Day Working Week
