The IT Service Desk Manager will be responsible for leading and developing Service Desk Analysts, dealing with 1st & 2nd Line IT issues whilst delivering world class customer service and performance against demanding SLA’s
The right person will have a proven track record leading an IT Service Desk team in an enterprise environment. A demonstrable track record of line management and both influencing and developing a team are required as is experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
