Waiter / Waitress required for a high-profile independent Manchester Restaurant, 40 hours per week, £9.00 per hour plus tips!

Our client is an independent Restaurant situated in a prime Manchester location with an outstanding reputation. This is very much the chance to be a part of one of the most successful restaurant operations in Manchester.

The Role

Our client requires an individual with personality and ‘can do’ attitude to wait on tables to a very high standard. The restaurant has a high footfall all week with the weekends being extremely busy. You will work with your experienced team, providing guidance to junior staff members and work with the management team to deliver at every level. You will communicate with your guests at every opportunity, creating a friendly and fun atmosphere whilst continuing to maintain outstanding standards of service.

The Person

Your most important attribute for this role will be your friendly and open personality. Experience in a similar role is essential. Your ability to communicate with customers to ensure they have an enjoyable experience is fundamental. You will have a good knowledge of high quality food service and a good knowledge of wine would be highly favourable.

The Benefits

You will be paid an hourly rate of £9.00 in addition to which you will be entitled to a tip share that is calculated on a tronc system.
