P.E. Teacher required for SEMH school in Sunderland

Hello Education are looking for P.E. Teacher for a special needs school in Sunderland. The children who attend this school have SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and display challenging behaviour. The perfect candidate will have previous experience with special needs and have a resilient character.

The role will involve teaching KS3 and KS4 students, but you will also be expected to provide emotional support. This is a full-time role to start as soon as possible. The school offers fantastic support and are happy to consider NQT’s.

To be part of this team you will ideally need to have:

• QTS with a P.E. specialism
• Previous experience of teaching children with special needs, particularly SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)
• A resilient and supportive person
