Our client is currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Leeds. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to enhance their skills and experience within a successful organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent Customer service
- General administration duties including Emails and updating their in house CRM system
- Liaising with customers and answering enquiries via telephone and email
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional Telephone manner
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Previous experience working within a customer service environment.
