Main Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties including Emails and updating their in house CRM system
  • Liaising with customers and answering enquiries via telephone and email

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional Telephone manner
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Previous experience working within a customer service environment.
