Tick…Tock…Tick…Tock…Tick…Tock

That’s the sound of the clock you’ve been staring at since March, watching time pass as you do the DIY round your house, re arranging your whole furniture which didn’t need re arranging and trying to tame your younger children who don’t understand they’re in the centre of a global pandemic or even teaching your dog to roll over for a treat.

Everyday you’re checking your emails to see if that recruiter sent you back the job spec they promised or if one of your thousand job applications have been progressed to the next stage. You’re now on a time out period from REED as they think you’re spamming with the one click applies or you have reached your daily connection limit on LinkedIn for the 6th week in a row.

A large shared service centre just flooded with credit controllers and you can almost imagine money just printing out the phone you have burnt out from the amount of outbound calls you have done.

Duties:

  • 40+ inbound and outbound calls
  • Managing over 1,000 live accounts
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • Handling invoice queries
