THE ROLE: Warehouse Supervisor
THE PRODUCT: Automotive Parts Supplier
THE SALARY PACKAGE: Up to £30,000 Basic + Benefits
WHERE: Bristol

THE HOURS: Monday – Friday – 8:30 – 5:30 (with occasional Saturday mornings)

THE COMPANY: A well established and well-respected organisation that supplies parts into the automotive market, both locally and nationally are on the hunt for a new Warehouse Supervisor.

THE ROLE OF A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be taking responsibility for the distribution centre internally, which will include the management of a small team of warehouse staff, stock control and all aspects of the distribution life cycle including goods in and goods out.

You will ensure that all areas of the distribution side of the business are running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

This is a key operational role and is a role that is essential to ensuring best in class service.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:

• Experience working in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse is essential to be considered for this role
• The ability to manage and motivate a team
• Happy to be “hands on”
• A forklift truck licence would be useful but not essential
