THE COMPANY:

An exciting new role has arisen for a centre manager, working for a growing and successful fast fit business within Buxton.

THE ROLE OF A CENTRE MANAGER:

Your main responsibility will be the overall management of the centre and its team which

consists primarily of technicians, tyre fitters and MOT testers.

As the face of the business, you won’t be sat behind your desk all day as you will be rolling your sleeves up where necessary getting involved with customers directly, delivering great service and a friendly smile.

This role is equally challenging and rewarding at the same time, working for an organisation that respects and values your contribution and allows you to grow and develop as the business does.
 

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A CENTRE MANAGER:

As an individual, you will ideally be experienced in people management or capable of stepping up into that role, can work under pressure and think outside the box. By understanding what a role of this nature takes to succeed you will grow and push your centre forward.

A good knowledge of the fast fit / workshop / garage industry would be advantageous but not essential, as you’re not “hands on” changing tyres for example and your main responsibilities lie within the management of the team and dealing directly with the customers.
