Based in Leamington Spa paying £10.21ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract.

Our client is looking for an Estates Services Officer.

To provide an efficient and effective local estate management service, including caretaking, cleaning, maintenance, and supervision of contractors.  Visual fire safety inspections to blocks of flats across the stock and completing or reporting remedial actions as necessary. 

Main responsibilities – Give a maximum of eight brief descriptions of what the main responsibilities are and assign time percentage values against each one. Check fire alarms and carry out visual checks and actions required on communal lighting in all blocks as required, in compliance with health and safety guidelines. 

Complete inspections to all blocks after a fire alarm activation, meeting contractors on site as appropriate and organising remedial works.  Take responsibility for ensuring completion of works, detailing and recording all actions completed. Complete daily fire safety inspections to communal areas in high rise blocks and regular & frequent fire safety inspections in medium and low rise blocks.  Update records detailing work completed and remedial actions required.
