My client is looking for a Chef de Partie for their award winning gastro pub just outside Tunbridge Wells in a beautiful village.
This dining pub has amazing TripAdvisor reviews & is extremely popular with locals & tourists due to excellent food & good service & quality rustic decor. They serve excellent food all homemade using quality local suppliers. Set within a tranquil location with beautiful garden.
The Role
As Chef de Partie you will be part of a team of 8 chefs catering for approx.80 covers a day producing excellent food in a well equipped kitchen with a passionate team
The food is modern British/European with a twist and some unique dishes
Experience
The ideal Chef de Partie will need at least 2 years previous experience at senior level or strong cdp within a similar style operation
