Job Description:

What you will do 

 As part of the Dispatch Team you will assist in delivering customer appointments and working with the engineers to maintain SLA’s. To deliver engineers workload and keeping customers updated on any delays that may occur throughout the day.

 

How you will do it 

  • Ensuring customer demands are met through allocation of work to engineers
  • Keeping customers updated via phone on status of appointments.
  • Monitoring branch/engineer activity
  • Liaising with FLM & Service Managers
  • Escalating problems to FLM & Service managers when needed
  • Providing world-class Customer Service via phone, e-mail, and other communication channels.
  • Ability to take on new challenges and changes

Required 

  • Good written and verbal skills are required
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment/adjust to change quickly
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to handle multiple PC applications at once
  • Strong sense of urgency, follow-through and attention to detail

 

Preferred 

  •  Experience working on Oracle based systems
  • Experience working in an busy dispatch environment within the engineering sector
