Job Title: Employability Team Leader

Location: Shropshire - Candidates must be flexible with travel

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

KM Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading provider who is looking to appoint a Team Leader (Employability / W2W sector) based in Shropshire.

The Role:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Employability Tutors and Advisors, to achieve sustained high performance, profitability and quality of delivery.
• Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
• Ensure all team members have a clear understanding of the company’s strategic objectives and vision.
• Be responsible for managing a small caseload of learners who are working towards through an Employability programme from enrolment/induction through to completion, including the delivery of Employability Training and a range of vocational pathways
• Carrying out weekly and monthly performance reviews with staff to ensure overall monthly team targets are met and/or exceeded.
• Carry out regular observations of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
• Address under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.

Essential Criteria:

• Prior experience or desire to work within a sales management role.
• Proven track record of working towards and achieving contractual targets in line with company objectives.
• Strong administration skills.
• Full, clean driving license and use of a vehicle
• Must be flexible with travel
