Position: Estate Agent Sales Manager

Package: £25k - £30k Basic Plus Commission - £60k - £100k OTE

Location: Shepherds Bush

The Role: An excellent opportunity for a driven Sales Manager to join a quality independent Estate Agent within their successful Shepherds Bush office. As the Estate Agent Sales Manager, you will lead the sales for the business, overseeing the staff, carrying out valuations and driving the business forward. My clients have an unrivaled reputation and successful Sales business and are looking for a strong Sales Manager to continue to push the branch on to further success. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to a part of a top Estate Agent. 

Requirements:

• Previous Estate Agent experience required.
• Proven track record in man management.
• Valuation knowledge.
• Full UK driving license.
