Maintenance Engineer

Location: Scunthorpe

Salary: £32k+

Shifts: Weekends (Friday-Monday) 2x12 hours 2x8 hours

Have you got some experience with wood-working or steel?

We are searching for a Mechanical Fitter to work join a well-known company experiencing high demand and are very busy during these testing times. If you are a hard-working engineer and answered yes to all of the above questions, we have an opportunity which will no doubt be of interest to you.

The role involves attending breakdowns at their site in Scunthorpe – the machinery includes CNC machinery, ovens, presses, saws, routers and spray booths. There is also a good amount of planned preventative maintenance involved so experience making plans and implementing continuous improvements will put you in good stead for this role. Training can also be provided for any engineer who needs an updated Forklift license, IOSH etc.

Successful candidates will at least have a time-served apprenticeship under their belt.
