This is working full time hours on a temporary basis.

The duties will be:

Carrying out the full range of food and health safety enforcement duties. In addition, depending on the qualification and experience of the candidate they may be required to deal with a range of COVID-19 compliance issues, from providing practical support and encouragement of compliance to assist in taking enforcement action where necessary.

This will be a full time role, and dependent on rate, could be for a period of up to 6 months.

Desirable - Degree or qualified by strong relevant experience, and experience of enforcement of legislation/ guidance, preferably in a local government or other regulatory role.
