A ServiceNow Business Analyst is required on a 3 month initial contract (to be based remotely).

For this position the ServiceNow Business Analyst will specifically be required to work with internal and external stakeholders to establish a performance analytics capability, documenting customer requirements and suggesting and implementing relevant solutions to meet requirements. All of the work will be on the Servicenow platform and this position will be key to understanding the correct metrics to be used as part of the performance analysis. You will regularly be required to run and lead workshops to map out requirements using a blend of technical knowledge and experience as well as demonstrating a solid understanding of customer needs in order to run and maintain the correct solutions. For this position you will need a background working with the ServiceNow tool and its inner workings and give examples of when you've worked closely with customers to gather requirements needed on performance analytics. You will also need to show an understanding of ServiceNow dashboards and how they need to be presented to customers.

This role is to start ASAP and will pay up to £550 per day (ltd/umbrella) dependant on experience.
