Job Description:
Our client who is one of the UK's largest insurance brokers, are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Consultant to join their already established Banbury team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop positive, trusting and friendly relationships with clients to make our client their choice for insurance.
- Take appropriate time to understand clients needs
- Responding quickly and effectively to requests
- Providing correct advice and arranging cover
- Striving to deliver exceptional level of customer care
- Constructively identifying other insurance requirement to better serve the client
Skills and Experience Required:
- Deal confidently with clients both face to face and over the phone
- Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships
- Have strong communications skills and an enthusiastic sales ability
- Someone with industry experience – preference of 2 years
- Sales experience
- Preferably Cert CII qualified
