bubb are a brand new and soon to be hottest thing in Talent Acquisition & HR tech.  We’re revolutionising the way our clients hire in this ever changing world of employment by building technology focused on employee engagement and wellness, whilst embedding awesome talent teams for our clients.

We’ve got awesome backers and are scaling quickly making this an exciting prospect for someone wanting to be part of a start-up journey from the ground up (we’re currently less than 10 people).  Opportunities are kicking off with some seriously hot tech companies, from San Francisco to Sutton, so if you’re a Talent Acquisition partner with experience in technology sales then we’d love to chat.  

The role

You’ll be embedded with one of our clients, who are scaling technology sales teams in the UK.  You’ll be fully trained on our bubb technology, and will be backed up by an Account Director and Customer Success.  This is a work from anywhere role but we would like some time spent in London HQ, but only when it is safe to do so.

What you’ve done before

You’ve recruited in house preferably within a tech startup and are well used to building relationships with senior stakeholders.  You’ve implemented and ran advanced candidate sourcing techniques and built networks within your sector.  You’ve used advanced recruiting technology as a fundamental part of your talent acquisition strategy.  You’ve had fun in your role and want it to happen again!
