Based in Bournemouth paying £10.41ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract.

Our client is looking for an Administrator.

Duties temp will be required to undertake:

  • General project support:
  • Send documents and log replies/returns to large volume of recipients
  • Collate and escalate queries and issues to managers or respond directly where appropriate
  • Phone/email providers to chase return of information
  • Manage and update trackers and excel spreadsheets
  • Set up/attend meetings and log decisions where appropriate
  • Accurate and organised record keeping and e-filing

 

Skills required by temp:

  • General administrative experience
  • Experience of taking minutes at meetings
  • Experience of keeping accurate computer records and dealing with confidential/sensitive information
  • Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
  • Experience working in a customer focussed role
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to liaise effectively with customers/public/staff at all levels
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a calm and professional manne
  • Ability to work under own initiative and without supervision
